The Vegas Golden Knights have brought with them a love of the ice. This winter (and all year long), Las Vegas (and Henderson) have multiple opportunities for your to skate the ice.
Winter Rink Pop Ups are so 2017
The 2,400 square foot Southwest “Ice” Skating Rink is here and features synthetic ice made from acrylic. Bring your friends and family this holiday season to experience this amazing new attraction in our festively illuminated cactus garden. $10 Per Person for Daytime Skating, 10am-6pm and $15 Per Person for Nighttime Skating, 6pm-10pm.
Downtown Summerlin is pleased to announce the return of Rock Rink! – the signature ice skating rink located near the Pavilion at The Lawn. Guests are invited to skate under the stars set to the backdrop of joyful holiday music and an impressive 40-foot holiday tree overlooking the rink. Skate rentals start at $15, and all ages are welcome.
Stay warm with Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s mobile coffee truck offering a variety of signature holiday beverages sure to please. And don’t forget to ride the festive holiday train that runs through January 31 around the ice skating rink and holiday tree. Rides are $4.00 per adult and child.

Each holiday season, the Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan transforms into a winter wonderland high above The Las Vegas Strip. At The Ice Rink, you can skate across 4,200 square feet of real ice, roast s’mores by the fire, and indulge in seasonal food and beverage offerings.
Lose yourself in a magical, park-like atmosphere surrounded by the glittering lights of Las Vegas while enjoying light snowfall throughout the evening.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year and the Las Vegas Strip is set to celebrate the season in style.
“Holiday at The Park,” an immersive holiday experience featuring ice skating, shopping and attractions, will take over The Park and Toshiba Plaza beginning Thursday, Nov. 30.
On Thursday, Nov. 30, “Holiday at The Park” will open for the season with a community tree-lighting event at 5:30 p.m., complimentary ice skating for all guests from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m., and an opportunity for kids to visit with the big man himself, Santa. Complimentary parking for the November 30 event will be available at the self-park garages at New York-New York and Monte Carlo for guests arriving between 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Throughout the holiday season, as soon as guests step through the ornament arches at the entrance to The Park, they will be transported into a wonderful world that is merry and bright. The Park will be illuminated with twinkling holiday lights while strolling carolers sing holiday favorites. Guests can stroll through a quaint holiday marketplace presented in association with Millennial Entertainment Group, where a variety of vendors will sell their wares, perfect for grabbing a unique holiday gift.
With an 80-foot Silver Fir tree as its centerpiece, “Holiday at The Park” will offer fun for guests of all ages. The heart of the experience, Toshiba Plaza, will be transformed into a winter wonderland, filled with festive activities including screenings of beloved holiday movies each week, a place for children to share their wishes with their favorite bearded buddy, and more.
“This holiday season, more than ever, we know Las Vegas residents and visiting guests want to feel connected, and we hope ‘Holiday at The Park’ will bring a real sense of joy to our community,” said Anthony Olheiser, executive director of The Park. “We’re excited to create this magical wonderland on The Strip, and we’re looking forward to welcoming families from around the world into a cheerful, charming holiday destination.”
“Holiday at The Park” will be open daily November 30, 2017 – January 7, 2018. Admission is free. Additional details, event hours and specifics will be unveiled in the coming weeks.

Skate all year long at these local ice arenas!
SoBe Ice Arena is right on-site at Fiesta Rancho, and features an NHL regulation-sized 31,000 sq. ft. ice rink. Home to several youth and adult hockey leagues, we also feature public skating, lessons, an arcade and a private party room. Looking to escape the hot desert sun? There’s no better way to do it than cooling down with a refreshing day of ice skating. Lace ‘em up and a hit the ice! Public skate, learn to skate, skate schools, hockey leagues, camps and more are available.
Come in and check out City National Arena, watch a Vegas Golden Knights practice or take part in any of our public skate or stick and puck sessions. Learn to skate and learn to play programs are up and running! Hope to see you around the rink!
City National Arena is situated across from Downtown Summerlin on South Pavilion Center Drive, features two NHL-sized ice sheets for both team and public use. The facility provides the Vegas Golden Knight’s front office with a home base and the region’s adult, youth hockey and figure skating with a regional hub.
The ice is also available for private rental, birthday parties, as well as private events.
