Boulder City Bunny Express

Hop on the “Bunny Train” for an adventure: a train ride for about 30 minutes with Story Time; hop off at the railyard event center for about 45 minutes. Includes a photo op with the Easter Bunny, a BBQ sandwich or hot dog by TrailHound Smokers and refreshments for sale by Chilly Jilly’z, and Friend’s souvenirs. Play historic games and learn about Boulder City and its railroad history.

Egg-cellent Adventures

Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve
March 25 – April 9

Enjoy some time in the outdoors on our self-guided egg hunt at the Bird Viewing Preserve. Registered participants receive a map and sticker set from the front desk. This event allows you to scavenge around the preserve and find eggs corresponding with the map. When you locate an egg, put a sticker over the location found. Please leave all the eggs in the hiding spaces for others to enjoy the game! Once you have located all the eggs you can redeem your map for a designated prize back in the Bird Preserve Gift Shop. This event is fun for the whole family. Must be registered to receive prizes.

Bunny in the Park

Sunday, March 26, 12pm – 3pm
Fox Hill Park

Please enjoy a complimentary photo with the Easter Bunny! This free event is a heartfelt thank you to our family, friends, clients, and our community. Hosted by Ashley Vidoli, Realtor powered by eXp Realty.

This year, we are collecting new/gently used pet toys, food, and blankets. All donations will be delivered to the NSPCA.

Funny Bunny Race

Saturday, April 1, 8am – 12pm
Wayne Bunker Family Park

Join us at W. Wayne Bunker Family Park for an entertaining spring morning. This unique and fun event will have something for everyone!

Runners, Walkers, and Hoppers alike will find eggs along the trail. Runners and walkers will receive Race Day t-Shirts and goody bags. Participants will receive a photo from the photo booth.

The Kids will enjoy a bunny hop for eggs, Bounce Houses, Face Painting, and more.

Someone will lead a 30 minute pre-race dynamic stretch, and then we’re off to the races!

IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THE RACE AFTER April 1, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET A SHIRT OR THE CORRECT SIZE.

Most importantly, all proceeds will go to Friends of Parkinson’s, a volunteer , 501(c)(3) non-profit organization benefitting patients affected by Parkinson’s Disease.

Its going to be an “egg-citing” time next month, at our center! The annual Desert Breeze Egg Run will be taking place on Friday, March 31, 2023. This event includes crafts, games, & more! Participants must register at our center, to receive event wristbands.

Eggapalooza Easter Egg Hunt

Paradise Recreation Center

Paradise Recreation Center is hosting Egg-apolooza on Saturday, April 1 from 10am-12pm.

This is a free community event for kids ages 3-12 years old. Come join us for some fun that includes egg hunts, crafts, and more!

First 500 people will receive a free Easter basket.

Hop down the Bonnie Trail with us on Saturday, April 1. The event includes a free pancake breakfast (at 5865 Judson Avenue until supplies last) at 9am, followed by a free egg hunt with inflatables, games, and crafts (at 2050 Bonnie Lane). Please bring a basket to collect eggs.

Egg hung registration begins at 9am. You must be registered to participate.

The festivities take place on The Green (located behind Whole Foods) from 9 AM – 3 PM.

Summerlin Bunny Trail

Egg Decorating Event

Bring your little ones to come and decorate a wooden egg with acrylic paint and stickers.

While they let their egg dry check out the amazing vendors, get their face painted, hold a baby chick and who knows you might see a bunny hopping around taking pictures

Spring Carnival & Hippity-Hop Egg Hunts

Whitney Ranch Recreation Center

Celebrate Spring with our annual Spring Carnival at the Ranch. It’s fun for the whole family with carnival games, bounce houses and refreshments.

Children ages 1-10 years can participate in the Hippity-Hop Egg Hunt. Parents, please be on time as the egg hunt starts promptly at the designated times for each age group (1-3 yrs. At 10:00 a.m./ 4-7 yrs. at 10:45 a.m./ 8-10 yrs. at 11:30 a.m.). Must arrive by 9:30 am to register for egg hunt.

Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday for infants through 5th graders!

Doors open at 9:10 AM. Starts at 9:30 AM followed by our Easter Sunday Service at 10 AM!

Over 1500 Easter Eggs filled with candy and prizes. The Easter Bunny will be there! Plus, kids in attendance for the Easter Egg Hunt can sign up to win one of two gift cards, one for $100 and one for $50, being given away after the Easter Service!

Egg Dive

Sunday, April 9, 1pm – 4pm
Heritage Park Aquatic Complex

Dive for hundreds of eggs that are hiding in our pool. Children compete against others their age to gather the most eggs for prizes and treats. All ages are welcome, but those requiring lifejackets must have an adult within arm’s reach during the event. Open swimming, arts and crafts, and snacks begin at 1:00 p.m. Age-divided egg dives start at 2:00 p.m. Please bring a basket to hold your eggs.
