STK Las Vegas has a Valentine’s Day menu that includes soy honey glazed ahi tuna ($48), roasted halibut filet ($57), and 10-ounce bone-in beef filet rossini ($84). Shareable options are also available and include a porterhouse 28-ounce surf and turf with roasted lobster tail, confit shallots, and chimichurri sauce ($168); chocolate lava marshmallow cake with raspberry, jam and dust, and white chocolate ice cream ($24); and strawberry cheesecake with graham cracker crust, strawberry glass, and vanilla bean chantilly ($20).

Lawry’s The Prime Rib Las Vegas

Valentine’s menu available February 13 – 16 from 5pm – 10pm

Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Lawry’s The Prime Rib with a special menu including crab and avocado salad, Lawry’s classic spinning bowl salad for a starter, California cut prime rib, Skuna Bay salmon, beef wellington, and marinated portobello steak. Each entree is accompanied by creamed corn or creamed spinach. For dessert, Lawry’s is serving C.C. Brown’s hot fudge sundae to share with your special someone. The special menu is priced at $129 per couple.

The Mob Museum

The Mob Museum celebrates its 8th anniversary with FREE admission for Las Vegas locals with a one-day special opportunity.

The Mob Museum will celebrate its eighth anniversary with two dynamic exhibits: a car show featuring Prohibition-era vehicles and a display of crime scene evidence from the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre in Chicago in 1929. At least a dozen classic cars from the Ford Model A Club and the Cadillac Club will be parked outside the Museum from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Meanwhile, an array of artifacts selected from the Museum’s extensive St. Valentine’s Day Massacre collection will be displayed in the courtroom from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Priced at $105 per person dinner includes your choice of pan-seared diver sea scallop, caesar salad or butternut squash soup, an entree choice of New York sirloin, filet mignon, pan-seared Scottish salmon, brick cooked Shelton Farms chicken or king oscar style. Treat yourself to Morels heart macaron, creme brulee trio or Morels chocolate tart for dessert. A la carte ice seafood additions and selected bottles of champagne will also be offered. Celebrate Valentine’s Day all weekend at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar. The restaurant features a special menu including Charleston she crab bisque with pimento cheese straw and sherry ($18), lobster mac n’ cheese (market price), trio of petite filets ($65) and tomahawk for two ($115). Don’t miss the special cocktail, “Tangled Up In You” ($15) and save room for the red velvet coconut cake ($18). Valentine’s Day menu is only available for dinner.

CHICA Las Vegas is giving all the gals an excuse to celebrate together with Latin-inspired bites including an appetizer platter with cheese quesadillas, guac bowl, arepas, churro sticks, chips and salsa ($28), a chocolate fountain station ($20), and a red velvet churro tower ($18). Sip on the featured cocktail “Double Trouble” made with el Jimador tequila, Ilegal Mezcal, fresh watermelon, spicy hibiscus reduction, lime juice, and orange bitters; or go all out with unlimited bubbly for $25. The regular menu is also available.

Spice up Valentine’s Day with the one you love at CHICA Las Vegas with a six-course chef’s tasting menu with selections including ceviche, grilled beef empanada, grilled Peruvian octopus, slow-roasted suckling pig porchetta, and Marquesa de chocolate ($75, and optional wine pairing for $40). Sweeten things up with a chocolate fountain station ($20) and a red velvet churro tower with strawberry white chocolate ganache and festive sprinkles ($18). Be sweet this Valentine’s Day with Sugar Factory’s prix-fixe menu including a choice of appetizers (tomato bisque, mac and cheese pops or caesar salad) followed by the main dish with selections including pan-roasted salmon, brick chicken or asparagus tomato alfredo. For a sweet treat, guests can choose between the valentine’s fondue or chocolate-covered strawberries. This special menu$65 per person or $89 per person with Diamond Rose Goblet included)

Delmonico Steakhouse is featuring special menu items for Valentine’s Day including a holiday appetizer and salad menu with roasted bone marrow ($18), French escargot ($23), and roasted beet salad ($17). Entreé options include grilled cowgirl ribeye steak ($65) and Gulf red snapper ($45). For dessert, Delmonico is offering assorted chocolate truffles ($10) and strawberry Napoleon ($11). 

Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House

Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House creates the perfect date night with their special Valentine’s Day menu including, fried gulf oyster “Rockefeller” with creamed spinach, house-cured bacon, Creole hollandaise, and Cajun caviar ($18), hokkaido scallops served with homemade ricotta and mushroom ravioli ($48), grilled filet of beef and Maine lobster with fresh herb Parmesan tater tots, shaved black winter truffles and bordelaise sauce ($75), and red velvet cheesecake with dark chocolate crumble and white chocolate anglaise ($10) for dessert. A prix fixe menu is available for $85 per person.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day the Italian way with Locale Italian Kitchen! The restaurant is offering a 4-course prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu. The special menu is broken into four delectable courses – antipasti, pasta, piatti and dolci. The first course features a choice of baked oysters, charred octopus, Locale caprese, white truffles formato or chicory & citrus salad, followed by beef cheek ravioli, seafood anolini, spaghetti bolognese, or rigatoni lobster al forno. Guests will have their choice of a cape grim grass-fed filet Bobo Farms roasted chicken orata al cartoccio rosen bone-in lamb chops or a 90 day dry-aged New York for their main entrees. To conclude the meal, guests can choose between Caramel & Rum Budino, Torta Caprese or a Sicilian Cannoli. The cost is $85 per person and a wine pairing will be available.

Chef Brian Howard will feature a four-course menu for $125 per person. First course options include hearts of palm and artichoke salad with ruby grapefruit and smoked pistachio; artichoke and potato soup with pommes maxim and chaat masala; or Ossetra caviar with Japanese milk bread and jidori chicken egg sauce ($45 supplement). Second course options include black winter truffle “Zha Jiang Mian” with fresh Shanghai noodle and heritage pork; or wild shrimp and maitake mushroom dumpling with lap cheong and Santa Barbara sea urchin double cream. Third course options include Snake River Farms Beef Wellington or wood-grilled red snapper and bay scallop. Fourth course is Mexican chocolate ganache tart with clementine kosho chantilly.

In addition to its regular menu, Burgers & Brews will be serving a special Valentine’s Day menu. The menu includes an entree and dessert for $24.95 per person. The entree features is tournedos of beef, beef tenderloin, roasted winter vegetables, scalloped potato gratin, housemade mushroom red wine sauce. The featured dessert is a flourless chocolate cake, dark chocolate ganache, raspberry gelée, dark chocolate mousse & orange-caramel toffee, milk chocolate mousse.

Executive Chef Tylor Urias will serve Lobster Tortelli which features lobster-stuffed tortelli pasta over a lobster and squash fricassee with tarragon burro fuso and wild arugula, priced at $30. Couples can complement their meal with two glasses of rosé with strawberries, priced at $20. The award-winning restaurant will also be serving its full menu

Executive Chef Mario Garcia will serve a sizzling Mexican Skillet, featuring juicy flat iron steak, fresh gulf shrimp, roasted chorizo and melted queso fresco, drizzled with traditional mole and served with house-made tortillas, priced at $18. The dish will be accompanied by a side Fiesta Salad with mixed greens, serrano dressing, jicama, butternut squash, pico de gallo and tortilla chips, and finished on a sweet note with a mini Flan de Caramelo.

Sweethearts can spice things up with the “My Spicy Valentine” cocktail, made with jalapeño-infused tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Arbol liqueur, prickly pear purée, topped off with fresh sweet and sour mix and garnished with black lava sea salt, priced at $13.

La Comida will also offer its full menu including signature appetizers, soup and entrees; as well as fresh fruit margaritas and an expansive collection of tequilas and signature cocktails.

Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant

Enjoy a candlelight dinner and views of the Wynn pool and gardens from La Cave’s new garden lounge and terrace. Executive Chef William DeMarco will serve an array of specialty dishes, available exclusively during Valentine’s Day weekend. Featured entrées include Maine lobster tail risotto, prepared with roasted tomatoes, sweet peas and fresh oregano, priced at $32; and a 6-ounce filet mignon, served Oscar-style with Alaskan king crab, accompanied by asparagus purée and tarragon bearnaise, priced at $34.

Specialty cocktails for the holiday will include the Cupid’s Kiss, prepared with Effen Rose vodka, lychee puree, lemon, topped with lychee garnish, priced at $17; and the Red Roses, Red Roses, prepared with Knob Creek rye whiskey, yellow chartreuse and Graham’s 2012 Late Bottle Vintage Port, garnished with orange peel, priced at $17. La Cave’s sommelier-selected collection of 350 wines by the bottle, including more than 50 by the glass, will also be available to toast to the romantic evening.
