Come join rangers on a hike to Liberty Bell Arch Hike with the option to hike to the top of Black Canyon. This hike passes the remains of an old WWII era mine before reaching a remarkable natural arch with the option to continue on to a stunning Colorado River overlook. This is a strenuous 6 mile hike with some rock scrambling.
Traverse a narrow wash through ancient riverbeds. View a natural arch created by wind and water. Bring a camera and binoculars to capture the beauty of the area. This is a moderate 5-mile hike with some rock scrambling.
Meet at the Alan Bible Visitor Center to caravan to the trailhead. Hike will be approximately 3-4 hours long. Bring at least 3 liters of water.
