Join us for a special Summer Concert Series presented by the Pentagogical Brass Quintet. Each month the group will present a new collection of carefully curated musical pieces to celebrate specific genres of music that will have you humming along to familiar tunes.
Five local musical educators make up the quintet and include Karen Polak, a retired teacher on trumpet; John Diaz, Lawrence Junior High School’s band director, also on trumpet; Jonathan Snyder, a current UNLV music educator on the French horn; Walt Boenig, longtime Las Vegas musician and teacher on trombone; and Dr. David Haile, a current teacher at a local charter school on bass trombone.
Additional support for these concerts comes from the recording industry’s Music Performance Trust Fund (MPTF).
Free and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited.
