Celebrate Juneteenth weekend with Vegas City Opera and nationally celebrated Black baritone Dr. Richard L. Hodges, a scholar in unknown Black works and their history. Hodges joins friends for this celebratory presentation of Songs of Freedom, an entertaining and enlightening concert that brings to life stories of friendship and rivalry among the Black bourgeoisie and composers during the turn of the century in America.
Free and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
