With 21 studio albums and six live albums, Tower of Power continues to top the Billboard charts with its melodies crisscrossing R&B, soul, funk and pop. The band remains renowned for its sizzling, horn-infused sound, as heard in the group’s 1972 debut album “Bump City,” which climbed both the Billboard 200 and R&B Albums charts with hits like “You’re Still A Young Man” and “Down to The Nightclub.”
