Join Clark County Poet Laureate Angela M. Brommel as we set our intentions for a new year with poetry. Reading material and writing exercises will explore poetry as contemplation and as a tool for resiliency.
Writer-Ready is a series that includes workshops, lectures, and conversations with artists and writers during the first hour followed by an hour-long work session to set ourselves up to be ready for good opportunities to write, perform, and publish our work. Work session time can be spent writing or reading even if you don’t consider yourself a poet or writer. It’s your time to get ready!
