Guided Stroll on Sandstone Loop

Can we find 10 interesting things in just one-tenth of a mile, right next to a parking lot? Let’s find out as we take a short stroll along a paved path (close to air conditioning and bathrooms)!
Date: Every Wednesday and Saturday in July
Time: Twice per day, 10am and 2pm (for up to 30 minutes)
Location: Sandstone Loop (on west side of new Visitor Center)
Need to Know:
•Meet at the picnic tables west of the Visitor Center
•The path and surrounding area accommodates wheelchairs and strollers
•Pets allowed
What to Bring
•Water
•Weather-appropriate clothing
•Your preferred form(s) of sun protection
What to Expect
•A slow, guided stroll along a 0.1mi/0.16km paved loop path next to the Visitor Center.
•Multiple stops to make observations and learn about geology, wildlife, and more.
Fees & Registration
•FREE (Included with regular park entry fees)
•No reservation required (drop-ins only)
